Products I recommend for boosting estrogen levels:
Non GMO Soy Isoflavones Most women will need 2 a day and may go up to 6 during very heavy bleeding temporarily.
Black Cohosh (2nd highest plant source of estrogen, soy free) Start with 2 and go up as needed or during heavy bleeding. Six per day is usually the top dose.
Non GMO Soy Isoflavones and Black Cohosh will significantly increase phytoestrogen levels in the body.
The following patches offer a gentler balancing effect for moving estrogen levels back to normal.
Day Patch
https://www.patchmd.com/menopause-day-topical-patch.html
Typically 1 patch per day placed above the heart is how the Day patch is used. Sometimes if I am experiencing very heavy bleeding or my stomach is upset, I will add 1 more patch on my abdomen area.
Night Patch
https://www.patchmd.com/menopause-night-topical-patch.html
Typically 1 patch per night is placed above the heart - If you need lots of hormonal support you can use 1 patch every night or you can use 1 night patch only during bleeding with more moderate to mild issues.
These patches can be used by anyone -- whether you want to maintain or improve your cycles, if you want to achieve a pregnancy, or if you are experiencing low estrogen levels while in menopause.

Ginger - use as much as needed
Turmeric - 2 to 4 capsules per day is usually adequate.
Available from your Mfinity account or at www.wellnessspringsinc.com under the Members Only section
Now Vitamin B6 - Typically the dose is 100 - 300 mg a day during bleeding with a daily dose of 100-200 mg every day if needed. Similar dosing can be used for morning sickness. Take in divided doses so there is a steady amount of B6 available to the body.
Note: If you are already getting B6 from another product such as Sport and Go or Multi-Essentials, you can count that amount as part of the recommendations above.
